My least favorite part:
- Being the only leader in my soccer summer camp. This bring frustration because I have to baby sit my staff in order to make sure things get done.
- I have to instruct my staff to do every little thing instead of them stepping up and taking initiative.

- It hard being only staff member that knows soccer. There one teacher teaching all the kids and sometimes that hard to manage with big groups.
- For Example section three we had 40 kids in soccer camp. Me being the only staff that know how to play soccer limits me to being able to go into detail about soccer. When there advance students it harder to give them something to improve when you have a whole bunch of beginner.
Having help would be help especially on the days I am less energize.
